Order Process
Our order process is simple and tailored to you. Start by selecting your preferred clothing item, then customize it by choosing the fabric, size, and even the block color to suit your style. Once you’ve placed your order, our skilled team carefully crafts your item with attention to detail and precision.
Shipping Information
All orders are dispatched with Royal Mail, and for those larger orders, we use Parcel Force to ensure safe delivery. Plus, every order is shipped with Royal Mails 48 hour tracked service meaning you can follow your package every step of the way
Ready to ship

Turnaround time
Please allow up to 30 working days for your order to be processed.
For pre-orders, the turnaround time is slightly longer, ranging from 8 to 12 weeks. However, most orders are completed within an average of 8 weeks. We appreciate your patience.
Should you need your order in a hurry, we have an express service whereby your order will be processed in 5 working days. This can be added to your order by selecting the express turnaround option from the shop page. Please note express is only available on in stock fabrics.
Washing instructions
To achieve the best result when washing, we advise washing at 30 and ironing on a low setting. We also recommend line drying your items to maintain their quality.
Everyday Essentials
If you would like to order an item in a solid block colour, simply leave your colour choice in the ‘Fabric choice’ box.
Loyalty Points
Please note that Loyalty Points can only be redeemed on full price items. Should you have any questions, please do reach out.
Returns and Exchanges
At BabyShep, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Most of our items are made to order, so we only accept returns if an item is deemed faulty. In such cases, we will first attempt to repair the item before considering a refund or replacement. To help you choose the right size, please refer to our sizing page for approximate measurements. If you're uncertain we recommend sizing up to allow your little one to grow into it.
For any returns, please use a tracked service ensure your parcel is protected in transit, and keep your postage receipt for tracking. If you need to return a faulty item, contact us first so we can assist you. For any agreed returns, please ensure they are returned in their original condition within 10 days. You will be responsible for the return postage costs.

Shipping Options
Please select the one that suits you best at checkout:
1. Up to £75 in Order Value - Tracked 48 - This option is available for orders valued up to £75.
Insurance Included: Your parcel is fully insured, so if your parcel is lost, it will be covered, and where possible, we will send you a replacement or offer an alternative once Royal Mail have investigated. This can take unto 21 days.
This is a tracked service, meaning you will receive updates on your parcel's journey and a delivery confirmation.
2. Up to £150 in Order Value - Tracked 48 - Available for orders with a value up to £150.
Insurance Included: Your parcel is fully insured, so if your parcel is lost, it will be covered, and where possible, we will send you a replacement or offer an alternative once Royal Mail have investigated. This can take unto 21 days.
Please note: Orders up to £150 may be split into multiple parcels and shipped as two separate deliveries. This is to ensure safe handling and delivery of your items.
3. Over £150 in Order Value
Please contact us for a specialist quite to ensure your parcel and its contents are fully insured.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order. The more items in your basket, the higher the shipping cost may be. We recommend reviewing your shipping charges at checkout for an accurate calculation.
Incorrect Shipping Option Selection
If you select the wrong shipping option for your order Babyshep will contact you to inform you of the additional shipping cost required to meet the correct option.
Important: Your order will not be dispatched until the additional shipping charge is paid in full.
BabyShep reserves the right to cancel or withhold shipment of any order where the correct shipping charge has not been fully paid.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Babyshep is not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses. By placing an order with BabyShep, you agree to the terms of our shipping policy, including the insurance conditions related to the shipping options chosen and the possibility of additional charges for incorrect shipping selections.
